"We ended up getting a queen room, last open room for the night. As we entered the room it smelt like a dirty old foot locker, I sprayed so much perfume to try and mask the smell but it wouldn't work. The room was very hot, tried to turn on the air conditioning but it kept turning off every 5 minutes, as we tried to sleep after a very exhausting long drive. We came to find out that the vets were as hard as plywood, The sheets and comforter were like sleeping with pieces of paper.
As the amenities looked wonderful in the hotel it was very promising to have a great experience but overall room was very disappointing. We ended up leaving only an hour and a half after checking due to the extension the uncomfortable beds, decided making our long drive back home would be more worth it than trying to sleep in that room.
As we checked out the front desk was so busy, and with only one employee working. I did not want to place the stress on him of me trying to be reimbursed for my stay. I tried to contact the hotel I also emailed them with no response yet.
Spending so much on a hotel room that supposedly had great reviews was very disappointing to have this experience. "
