A mistake at check in gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned. There's no elevator and I had carried my bags to the second floor, only to immediately head back down to the front desk. They upgraded my room to one with a jacuzzi (which I didn't need or want, just a clean room). The new room was clean, however the heat only spit out cool air (yes, I checked the settings several times) so I was awake by 4 a.m. with the thin blanket and coverlet they had on the bed. The hotel is used by a lot of construction crews who, I must say, were respectful and quiet coming and going (Shout out to them!)

The room was nice although there was a lot of confusion with pet policy for a service animal, because pets are “only allowed in certain rooms”. Even Service animals? Yes. Only allowed in certain rooms. The parking lot was NOT safely maintained and was INCREDIBLY ICY. Clean and comfortable.

My room had door lock broken, sink that doesn't drain, hair in bathtub, previous occupants dirty wash cloth hanging on curtain rod, shower hand falling off wall, and toilet lid not fit so would not stay up on it's own because it hit countertop when open. Hotel desperately needs renovated and a cleaning staff that does actually cares about making rooms clean.
