3 mins drive from WSU. There’s also a gas station within few mins walk. Hotel is clean and front staff is helpful. Breakfast is nice with cereal eggs sausages and potatoes. The only problem is there’s no elevator. If you check in late and the first floor rooms are gone you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Pool was listed as an amenity on both the hotel website and travelocity. No pool on arrival, undergoing renovations. Pool is a must when traveling long days with kids. Staff was ambivalent and didnt offer any discount and didnt disclose the pool issue at checkin. Very false advertising.

Our room looked like a frat party or a gang fight had iccurred in it... it was clean, but very beat up. Had a very mildewy, moldy smell. The next morning there was a big garbage can in the middle of the hall catching dripping wster? From the ceiling. There were people and their young son going in & out of the back side door to the jaccuzi and in wet swim wear with towels around them getting in their car and leaving finally- the jaccuzi was filthy, which they left on. We are pretty sure they had no room there...made us feel unsafe that people could come & go like that. My husband had a hard time sleeping cuz of the rotting smell. Usually have no problems with chain of hotels, but had never stayed in Pullman before. We were there for a family surgery, so at least it was only for one night. The guy at the desk was super nice, and the breakfast was nice.
