"It was very dirty. No mattress pad in downstairs bed. Dust everywhere. Dirty dishes in cupboard. The upstairs rooms had dirty fork under bed and had not been vacuumed well!!"

"Location was amazing right next to the lift and a short walk into the village. We had the unfortunate luck of really awful ski conditions, and the lift right next to the condo getting shut down one day after our arrival. But easy access into town helped us still enjoy the beauty and energy of Breckenridge. Condo is a little small for four people… At least when the kids are full grown teenagers. But it still was very nicely equipped, extremely clean, and comfortable. My hope is to return another season when the snow piles!!"

"So many great things about this stay! Our family was greatly appreciative of host communication, spacious stay, and plenty of room for activities. The back porch was lovely to sit out on and drink coffee in the morning. We took off one star due to cleanliness - overall, first impressions were great but we noticed a lot of outdated kitchen supplies that were scratched up and some had food still caked on it. We ended up buying a new pan to use for making breakfast. I think the price was fair for a more dated house / appliances and furnishing but the living room would definitely benefit from an updated couch. People were scared to lean back and get comfortable due to a weak back support on the couch. The hot tub was fantastic and ample parking for a large family gathering was great. We easily fit our 4 cars. Check in and check out were also very easy to do. I would recommend this stay for a large group on a budget who are looking for a wonderful location near Breckenridge! "
