The place was poorly marked, you could not really tell if you were at the location other than by the picture I'd seen on line. I was told that they were waiting for new signage. There is no elevator, a downside for getting to the second level and carrying luggage. Our king sized bed was very lopsided in how it slept. One side was fine the other was like a hammock. The staff was friendly though and I did report the bed issue.

Helpful, friendly staff. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Good TV options, including HBO. The pub is fun and has good food.

I didn’t like that when I arrived at the property the room I reserved wasn’t correct!! The room was ok. At time of going to the breakfast room, EMPLOYEE DID NOT WELCOME YOU IN WITH A SMILE OR EVEN GOOD MORNING!!! They didn’t say ANYTHING, just as if no one was in the room. I enjoyed other traveling visitors, that were there. We welcomed each other. The breakfast was complimentary to everyone, but when I arrived, the employee just started to remove all the fix instead of asking the visitors, would anyone like more juice or anything before I locked it up. She just approached the fenders and start locking it up with a mean look on her face. Very unprofessional service. A SMILE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, ESPECIALLY COMING ON A TRAVEL VISIT.

Great value. The place could use a remodeling but it was clean, staff was very courteous, Bed was very comfy. I would recommend.
