Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
"Gran Sirenis was an amazing resort and our family had a great experience! Our private concierge Alfred (assigned for Expedia customers) made us feel at home, explained everything we need to know, helped plan our dinner reservations, and our excursion activity. The property was HUGE, which offered plenty of things to do, but was also tough to navigate, there was a lot of walking. They have shuttles running around every so often, but it always seemed like the shuttles had somewhere else they had to be, or something else to do, so we just walked instead of waiting. Keep this in mind if you have any mobility limitations. Keep in mind that the beach area at the resort is almost completely unusable during some summer months due to seaweed / sargassum, wish we would've known this in advance. It was a bummer on our first day, but we quickly forgot about that as there were so many other things to do at the resort. Large pools, lazy river, lots of animals to see, bike riding, shows at nights, etc. If you are looking for an off-site activity, highly recommend Xel-Ha park. We rode bikes, floated the river, cliff jumped, snorkeled, rode water slides, zip lines, and more, and all food and drinks were included there as well. By booking through Expedia, we received a free hydro-therapy session, and also by sitting through a sales seminar to get you to become a ULC member, we received free couple massages as well, and got to tour some high end rooms. We would come back!"
