We have been here many times, but this time the refrigerator- was not working, we reported it, because we had medication that needed some specific temperatures- the management never got back to us. We had to get ice and keep the medication in a cooler.

The Lodge at Vail, a RockResort by Vail Resorts
Clean room. It would be nice if they had the hot chocolate out til at least 5. We skied til 4 and it was gone by the time we got back to hotel. Also the spa really needs some work. I have been using it for 15 years and it is going downhill. I miss the attendant.

Comfort Inn Near Vail Beaver Creek
Good location for our skiing vacation. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good most days. Lack of hot food the last two days was disappointing.

Room was hot, a/c wouldn’t work. Grossly dirty in corners. Paint chipped everywhere. Body wash in shower empty. Sheets were scratchy. Furniture mismatched. TV didn’t work.
