"Very clean hotel, but no AC or cooling that worked to cool our room, so we had to change rooms to a less busy area so that we could open windows, sliding glass door to sleep. The halls areas were extremely warm and no solutions were offered other than changing rooms."

Every bagel was dried out and hard… here were sausage biscuits in a heater pan that were hard as rocks… definitely put out from the previous day and could not eat those (nor bagels). "Location is excellent but building is OLD and Heating/Cooling system is terrible in the summer. Beds are wore out and room was hot all night. My co-worker said the same of his room. Besides not being able to sleep well at all, the location is fantastic."
