Disappointed. We stay at Evergreen every season and was disappointed that this year the hot tub was broken and there were no welcome cookies in the lobby. This is a SKI resort and we choose accommodations for skiing and a hot tub is a major deciding factor. The hot tub was cold and useless. If we knew it were broken we would have changed hotels. Also the hotel didn’t offer anything as a consolation. Every year we have stayed there were wonderful cookies in the lobby at check-in hours. This is now discontinued. Another disappointment. The window in the unit was broken and it took 2 men a half an hour to fix it. The drain in the shower also was also broken and didn’t drain. Based on these we will not likely stay again. Staff is nice but between the broken window, broken hot tub, and broken drain, the property is not up to standards.

This hotel is older but well kept. The Indian restaurant is wonderful and the bar/grill nice also. The best thing is the proximity to the Steadman Clinic and the Vail hospital. We were there for surgery and the location (literally right next door) made it so much easier. An easy walk to Lionshead also.

Great bedding. Shabby carpeting. No lid on toilet - I was fearful of things falling in and toilet water spray getting everywhere. Lighting in bathroom was dim. Took forever for hot water to get to the room. Not worth the price.

Need renovation, need air freshener it will help 100% when you open that front door a clean and fresh odor. Need better greetings, more "we care for your stay", front desk are always talking between them and ignoring their GUESTS . The area is super, I travel twice a year to Vail for more than 10 year and I know these will increase your STARS .......
