This adorable 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom beach house, is located in the beautiful Pierpont community. Just down the street from the sand, this home is the perfect way to experience the uncrowded, stunning beaches of Ventura, California!

The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen offers the perfect spot to relax with the whole family after a day at the beach! Cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room, and enjoy dinner at the dining table that seats up to 6 guests.

The first bedroom offers one queen bed,and the second bedroom has one queen bed and one sofa bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds for a total of four twin beds.

The private sundeck has plenty of patio seating and views of the ocean!

Ventura Pierpont Beach House

Beach days in Ventura are the best. Uncrowded beach steps from the house was the reason we stayed here. It was a plus that the Ventura County Fair was going on at the same time of our stay. We also selected the house for its several beds to accommodate our large family. The neighbors were great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the property management company was excellent and super responsive. The house is a duplex and has not been remodeled but that wasn’t a big issue. It was clean and easy to use, just a little outdated. We’ll be back again!

Great stay right near the beach

Great house that slept 2 families comfortably (4 adults and 4 kids). Worked perfectly for our trip to the Channel Islands - the Ventura launch point is < 10 min away. The beach is steps away, and there is a grocery store and other great food and drink options a short walk away. The Ventura pier was closed unfortunately while we were here, but there are plenty of other things to do in the area.

Surfer’s Paradise

We really enjoyed a family girls trip at this wonderful place within short walking distance of the beach. We had everything we needed with very comfy beds and couches, a nice-sized dinner table, games to play, good kitchen appliances, and plenty of bathroom space. It was everything we wanted and needed! Highly recommend!
