Well appointed,?clean and friendly prompt service. Only negative was the bedding. Really heavy thick comforter and sheets. Comforter was tooo hot to sleep with. Sheet only too cold. Needs a blanket

The room was clean. I don't like that fresh towels are given every other day. That's part of the fun of staying in a hotel. When I took a shower the next morning, there wasn't a drop of shower gel in the dispenser.

It's not by anything interesting. The building is old. My room was large, like big big. Given its square footage having one, one teeny tiny mirror in the entire room and only in the bathroom was a waste. Staff knocked loudly on my door twice prior to the 11am checkout time. I answered twice, the front desk should update housekeeping as guests leave not the knock and see method.
