The parking was very convenient, and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the bar in the evening. Drinks were very cheap and they had a band on Saturday night. We both won money that night at the casino!

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned I was unable to make the 12am check-in deadline for my first night's stay and upon my arrival at 5am, my room had already been secured, and I was handed the key. After a five hour drive, the special accommodations were very much appreciated. Hats off to the chef of Mr. G's too. That was the best breakfast burrito (veggie) I have ever had. I would definitely stay there again.

What the hotel and hotel.com call double beds are only a double if you weigh about 100 pounds each. Hockey tournament kids running up and down the hallways welll after midnight. Desk told me they had many complaints. But didn't seem like staff did anything to stop the mayhem. We will NEVER go back

Everything was great/rooms/ checkin except the neglect from security to enforce the noise issues all night from room few doors down. Kept us up with the crazy screaming and fighting to find out in morning there was a stabbing/Domestic culmination and boyfriend was bleeding all over. Security panicking and calling paramedics etc Just wasn't a safe feeling night for us. Think coupd have all been avoided with security that would have stepped in overnight. Rqting for hotel was great! the way they handled violators of noise and violence poor, we will think twice after that experience staying there again.

The room was very dingy with stains on the rugs and in the bathroom. There was also what seems to be blood on one of the walls. The common spaces were also very dirty (elevators, hallways, lobby area). The whole place smells like smoke.
