Everything was good about this hotel. My only issue was the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the neighbors talking through the walls with a normal talking voice.

We never stayed at the Comfort Inn. They over booked the rooms, and we were switched to a different hotel in the area. We end ed up at the Hampton Inn. None of our information was transferred to them from the Comfort Inn. The Hampton Inn was very nice, but being moved to another location was an inconvenience.

The room was spotless. We couldn't figure out how to turn on one of the lamps but not the biggest deal. The staff were extremely courteous especially Earl in the morning. The facilities were so nice! The pool was a little chilly but my daughter didn't care at all! The breakfast was delicious, I had so many choices and was stuffed by the end. Our room was by the gym and stairs so it was a little noisy at certain times but overall really satisfied with my experience and would recommend to family and friends.

Staff and location were amazing. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn’t appreciate the alarm being set for 6am in our room and unoccupied rooms adjacent where it continuously went off!! Clock was hard wired so it couldn’t be unplugged! Then at 8am a random pounding at our door with no one outside. Water to shower was either super hot or cold, hard to adjust. Other than that great stay close to casino, and shuttle service back and forth.

I needed a place to stay on my way to Massachusetts. I normally like Comfort Inn but had issues 1) the hot tub was being painted. I booked this hotel especially for the hot tub and was very disappointed . 2) the television didn’t work when I got there. The front desk clerk fixed it quickly, but it was a hassle.. 3) my room key stopped working as I was trying to take my bags out so I had to go to the front desk again to get them to work. Not all the end of the world, but definitely many issues.

The hotel is beautiful, beds were comfy, room was clean, unfortunately no one reads the hotel signs asking that everyone respect their quiet time. Who ever was beside us in the next room sounded like they were right in the room with us. This wasn't early evening or early morning it was in the middle of the night for like 2 hours. From like 1:00 until 3:00am. There was no possible way to go to sleep. It was the worst night I spent in a hotel in a very long time, sucks to spend $160 for one night and not be able to sleep like you should. People need to have some consideration.
