"Worst place I have ever stayed. Property was in renovations so only a couple of rooms available and old mattresses were in a pile in parking lot with people working in all the other rooms with intermttent loud equipment noise. None of this was disclosed on hotels.com. Couldn’t find s staff member to check in for about 20 minutes, and no one in office for check out at 7am. Room not very clean, especially the bathroom. Shower water never warmed up. Loud noise from neighboring room plus road noise made it impossible to sleep."

"We will be back!! I messed up with the check in and they were so accommodating. I wish I could remember the sweet lady who checked us in. She was so nice! Check in was easy, clean room and perfect location for a good day of riding at Winchester!! Thanks again."
