"Checked in for 2 separate nights. The first room was a double queen suite that is upstairs. Only stair accessible. We traveled very late and checked in to our room around 11:30 pm. Outside the room was a pile of dirty sheets and blankets. The tv was not working and also the toilet wouldn’t flush. The large old window faced the street and was soooo loud at night we didn’t sleep. The room needed to be cleaned, the walls were dirty ( had something streaking down the walls.) The second room, as soon as we walked in it stunk like cat pee/ musty smell. A bottom floor room not on the street side. Still super loud outside noises. Went to take a shower in the morning and no hot water. Couldn’t get the sink to turn warm either. The front staff at check in the first night mentioned they were having tv issues and there should be a slight refund for the inconvenience but once we checked out and we asked about it they said the tv issue was fixed so no refund. They also did not seem concerned about the toilet not flushing."
