We had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed in a clean, smell free room. There was a lot of choice at breakfast. Good price. Good location in Tyler, between the mall and the shopping center to the south.

Very Pleased

Pros: I loved the location of the hotel. The size of the room and amenities were also great.
Location: very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.
I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was friendly although there was a little mistake with the room assignment. They gave someone else a key to my room which could have resulted in a very uncomfortable situation. It was resolved appropriately and quickly. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was very conveniently located to all we wanted to do on our trip.

Nice for a Weekend Trip

Pros: Size of hotel, size of rooms, breakfast, location
Our hotel room wasn't as pictured on the website. However, it met all of our needs.....it had 2 double beds with a fold-out couch, a refrigerator, and microwave, which was what we needed. The room was spacious, and everything was clean. We were only going to be there for 2 nights, so we hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign outside because we didn't want the room cleaned while we were gone, and housekeeping obeyed our request, which was nice. The breakfast was really good. The first morning, the staff wasn't as efficient with replenishing the food. The next morning, though, they were on top of things, so it was really nice. They had yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, bread/pastries, eggs/meat, make-your-own waffles, and other things. Another thing that was important to us was how quiet it was. The hotel is off the main road, which makes it nice. There's 3 floors, and we were on the 2nd floor. There was some activity above us, but not exorbitant. There was no one in the halls, which made it nice. Overall, a nice hotel that will do well for anyone's needs!
