Lied about breakfast

Room was fine but old. A/C was excellent. Breakfast was NOT as advertised. Even called on the way there and told breakfast was omlets, bacon, pancakes... they had sausage patties, "congealed gravy", biscuits that looked and felt 5 days old, yogurt and cereal. Not a breakfast for a diabetic... needed protein that i was told they would have. Talked to customer service and they apologized but did not offer any compensation or future stay discount. Will not be back

There wasnt an elevator and when I call the office to ask about and explained I had a handicap son with me, no offer of switching to first floor. No information provided on where the ice machine was, no in room coffee. The security gate stayed open 24 hours, not in a good area of town. The fan in the bathroom wouldnt turn off. Will not being staying at a Days Inn again. Thought the Wyndham properties were of better quality .

Overall, didn’t feel safe in the area of town. The noise level from the outside was disturbing. The bathroom was not clean with limited towels. The remote control was “sticky.” My husband and I actually left and did not sleep there. We decided to drive 5 hours to get home without rest.

Very nice staff but rooms are bad

First I want to start off by saying the people that worked the front were so very nice. Up on arrival we did notice that the pictures listed online were in fact not updated and wanted to have a look at the room. We went and asked if we could see the room and he was very nice and allowed us. The room (from a glance was clean) it also had the smell of cleaning supplies so that put my mind to ease. We were moving our daughter into college so we checked in and got back rather late. When walking in I wanted to shower and rest. The shower would not get hot so I had to turn it off and restart twice. The bathroom and sink all look awful but it was after 10 and I didn’t have time. Then the plug up area for phones and etc had a hole in the wall. I thought I’d sit down will getting ready for bed but the couch looked as if someone had used it on them. It was bad and I hated to give them such a low rating because of how friendly they were but at 200/a night I’d expect a little better than this. The sleep wasn’t great it’s actually a motel and we heard every car and conversation outside our room. A lot of parents that were dropping their kids off were very upset of how the rooms ended up looking but because it was move in weekend we had no other choice 😞
