HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

Chsck in Staff was great, a few bumps in the road, no heat in room the first night, house keeping didnt clean the room the 2nd full day of our stay but management accomidated by providing free parking as compensation for no heat the first night after i asked
