"No one told us ahead of time that the pool part with the lazy river for tubing was closed and under repairs. Really we’re looking forward to enjoying that. Also the morning of our checkout which is at 11 am, I went downstairs to get a Starbucks Coffee at 9 am since there are no coffee machines in the rooms. I went to take elevator back upstairs and my room key that works for elevator use did not work. I called my husband to come down and assist me. He did and on trying to return to our room then his card did not work. I went to the assist check in/out area and I was pointed towards the registration desk to get help which had about 10 people in line in it. I was very frustrated. I had to wait till someone could assist me. I did not appreciate this as checkout was not until 11 and we wanted to be able to relax our last 2 hours in our room."
