Amazing hotel and staff! Great location close to shops and restaurants! Room was good size and loved the view of the sky tree! Staff very nice and helpful with any questions! Also very close to the train station, no complaints ! Glad we booked a couple more nights right before we leave.

The staff, breakfast, and facilities were great. The pajamas….. awesome! Ideal location in Kyoto made everything accessible and we sincerely enjoyed our stay in the bunkrooms. The washer was handy, and the dryer in the shower worked perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect airport hotel, has professional staff, loads of facilities and excellent bus service to/from the terminals. Lacks atmosphere, but perfect for an airport stop over. Restaurant seems expensive, we took the bus to the terminal and ate at a restaurant there for half what the hotel charges.
