Loved the s King suite for the price. Staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestion for dinner. Hotel is under renovation, so some things are still being worked on. But considering that it was great. Breakfast was a little understaffed again it was in a temporary room.

Check in process was easy and smooth. Room looked good until so enter bathroom. Mold on bottom of shower. Floor was not clean and dead bug by toilet. Stain on tank itself, and Picture above had spots. I alert the front desk and offered a water but declined and again mentioned when checking out. I asked them not to give this room to anyone else until fixed Very disappointed and would never stay there again

When we arrived at 9pm there were about 30 other people in the lobby. As a family that has stayed here a few times, and enjoyed the stay, this was an odd site. Normally, we check in, we get keys, we go to the room. After talking to the front desk they said it would be about 20 minutes before we would get our room. Okay, not terrible, but we have a one year old, so not ideal. After waiting about half that time in the car we decide to go in, to our surprise not a single person had moved and in fact there were now more people waiting. We found out they were short staffed in the room service department. After finally getting a room about and hour later we approach our floor and find there are several staff mem

First night are AC didn’t work and it was horrible and they said they would send up a maintenance man. But never did so we had to move rooms the next day and it sucked. I ask for some kind of price change and they said they would not do it because it was done in your website. So they said you would have to call them. So if that’s the case I wont use your website andmore and order directly so if this happeneds again.

We showed up to check into our room approximately 530 at night. We were told that the room was not clean and it would be 30 to 60 minutes before it would be ready. Two hours later I was still sitting in the lobby waiting for my room. When I got into the room, there was a pile of dirty towels sitting in the bathroom.
