Staff was very nice just a ton of ppl at the hotel especially kids and the hot tub was unusable due to this. At one point there was 16 ppl in it.

Not great experience

The halls in front of the rooms on our floor were left trashy due to dozens (that’s not exaggerating) kids running around throwing trash on floors. The room was not clean. And scuffed and damaged in parts of the room. Bobby pin large one was on the floor of room and it did not belong to me. The cleaning service just left it there before checking in and still left it after they came in to tidy our room. The stairwells were also dirty with trash . Only one elevator was working so I had to use the stairs more. There were too many out of control kids even hotel staff were complaining about it. Not great experience.

Screaming pool kids

Usually love Embassy Suites. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. Not fine- yelling, screaming kids in pool and running down halls with no parents. Pool needs serious upgrade for hotel this size. For rate was disappointed.

The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition. Broken tiles, the jets didnt work, the pool was easily a foot low. The towels smelled of mildew and were over flowing in the dirty bin. Our room the hot water faucet leaked water everywhere, the cover for the electrical cords was exposed in the room and overall just not what was expected based on photos.

A couple negative things but a great stay overall

It was a great stay. The breakfast was fabulous. Here are the things we were not happy about: We don't drink so we didn't want cocktails but we couldn't get any hot cocoa. Only the top floors get the hot chocolate and we were in the second floor. Also, we were charged later for parking. $7. We actually live not to far away and this isn't downtown or in a bad neighborhood. So that type of charge was unnecessary but especially since we weren't told it would cost to park.
