Ratting out guests who make complaints.

Our toddler was acting up and we had several noise complaints called on our room. I get it and own that. What was infuriating was that the staff called and pointed out the rooms that had complained. In today’s age of retribution and retaliation, it was shocking that the hotel would point out who had called in and complained against other guests especially when expectations would be that this would be anonymous. If this is standard operating procedure for Holiday Inn Express to “out” people like this, I fear for the safety of future guests.

Don’t stay in room 221. Complained about bed vibrating so much we could not go to sleep. They said it was the air conditioning below our room. No other rooms available so we left close to midnight to check into another hotel. Expedia had to fight to get out money back which they did although we didn’t get $25 deposit back. YET
