Decent place for the price. The reviews were good for the breakfast. it was adequate, juice machine was not working, no rolls, muffins, or fresh fruit.

What a year makes!

Stayed here last year and it was great. Got room with no ice bucket, microwave and tv does not always work. Pool was hotter than the hot tub. Juice machine out of order for breakfast.

Stranded traveller

Stranded due to a blizzard in Pratt Ks. Called for an early check-in to get off the road. Sam at front desk was amazing. Upon hearing of our ned to safely get off the road, she arranged to get a room cleaned to allow us in early. As the weather the next day was also questionable, I asked about a late check-out. She was again very accommodating, advising to take as much time as needed to ensure the parking lot and area roads were safe to travel. She definitely knows and practices customer service. This facility is a true gem. Very clean, modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Ok, rooms were a bit run down, carpet was stained, shower did not get very hot, & the beds were pretty hard. Checked in late and the staff was very nice, left by 6 am and that’s all the time I’d want to stay in this hotel

I travel a lot and know a good hotel when I experience it, I’ve stayed here twice…once 2 years ago under previous ownership and then last week under new ownership….both experiences were 5 stars. I stayed here last week a day after a major snow storm hit. Most establishments were closed food wise. This hotel was clean, inviting, the few employees were very friendly and welcoming. The room was as clean, the bed and pillows were wonderful. I slept great. Breakfast was nice and timely. Hot tub was good, and the gym was nice and ample….you just can’t beat this hotel for the money in Pratt, KS.

I would never stay at this property again. My room felt like a dump. Treated by staff that rushed through check-in process so she could get back to whatever was more interesting in the back. Room was underwhelming with mix matched carpet that was lifting in multiple places, holes in the curtains, non-working usb ports, shower with dirty floor, rust in many places and mold in others, shower head with tons of hard water build up and what appear Ed to be mildew, crooked shelves, peeling paint on the ceiling, paper thin walls just to name a few. I ended up checking out at 4am because I couldn’t stand staying there one more minute.

Low End Disappointment!

Trash overflowing at entrance and in the lobby restroom. Non-smoking room had numerous cigarette burns in the carpet. Stains on the shower floor. Towels laundered without softener, scratchy like sandpaper. Hallway carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. DEPRESSING!
