The staff were wonderful people. We had to leave early in the morning for check out and the breakfast was ready a half hour before posted hour: which was greatly appreciated. They also had some great recommendations for dinner.

We stayed three days. Ice machines not working. Had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Carpeting was very dirty. Bathroom around shower was dirty and orange. No coffee one of the mornings. No housekeeping unless you set it up 24 hours in advance. Would not stay there again!

Check-in took 20 minutes because the system was down. One elevator doesn't work. This was my second stay, and in both cases the TVs did not work properly. All this said, the staff is very nice.

Overall, a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and very nice. Our kids loved the pool. However, the hot water in the shower works extremely well, but couldn't get get it to cool down. And the bathroom was a little awkward. Would definitely stay here again.

Fine for quick stay

Service was great. Condition was the only issue with a couple bathroom fixtures becoming detached, and carpet tiles becoming separated from each other.

We have stayed here several times and it is going downhill. Our bathroom sink was set so off center it had a big open gap between the counter. There was a broken wall lamp that they had tried to tape instead of replacing. It was hanging off the wall and seemed dangerous. The pool has a very slippery surface that is dangerous when entering. We won’t stay there again since there are so many options in town.

I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have a reservation for us. I showed them the receipt of payment and booking. They continued to claim I had no reservation. I showed them multiple proof. I was given a key to a room to be in while he cleared the matter up. Upon entering the room, an overwhelming smell hit us. The floor was covered in white powder that hadn't been vacuumed after trying to disguise the smell. We went back to the front desk. Still no reservation found by the clerk. Over 30 minutes later, there was still no way for him to log in to their Expedia info. We left.
