Room was awesome. Front desk - person was away, rang bell and still waited several minutes. Once in view, apologies and excellent service. Breakfast - everything was cold. Eggs were hot, but only because I was there when fresh ones were brought out. Pancake machine made 'silver dollar' rather than regular size (but they were very good). Size was fine for me. Would have been nice to have hot (or even watm) sausage and potatoes. It seemed like the warmers weren't on? All staff were friendly. Except one maid looked at me suspiciously, as if I shouldn't have been walking by, when I returned to my room after breakfast. It just seemed weird. Instead of a straight face or a smile, I got more of a frown/upset sort of look? I dont know. I just went about my business. It just seemed a bit odd. The bed was awesome (I need one like that at home)! Towels were clean and fluffy. Room was VERY clean, everything worked as it should.

The checkin process was fast and efficient. The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely fantastic! Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that we had requested a late checkout time. The request was granted, but the housekeepers kept knocking and even coming into the room. It is unsettling to have someone step into the room after you have made your presence known.

The hotel was clean, smelled good, looked good and easy to navigate to and through. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious! Everyone was friendly from Sam to the ladies who cooked breakfast to the housekeeper. We highly recommend staying here when you are in Pratt.
