Beautiful hotel. Clean and quiet. The outdoor pool area in the middle was so nice with tropical blooming hibiscus. This hotel felt like a resort. We will be coming back!

Lobby and common area was nice.our room 247 was terrible! Ac didn't work well and shut on and off all night long even though set at 60 and never got there.toilet ran had to wiggle to get it to stop. Faucet in sink was like using a crow bar to turn on the water. Tub had some kind of speckled stuff on it that looked like someone sprinkled it with paint. Towel bar broken off the wall, not repaired. Carpet had spots/torn..breakfast was standard and ok. We had a truck and trailer and concerned about the safety. At 8pm upon arrival there was a guy in a vehicle that seemed he was living in it. Lighting was ok but signs telling you to not leave any valuables in vehicles. The only acceptable was that it was clean. Old property...definitely needs a major make over. How it got a very good rating I have no idea. Maybe we got the worst room since we booked through a third party.

Easy check in once we found the front of the building. The property seemed to need sprucing up but wasn’t awful. Front desk person nice. The room seemed dated. The walls were thin and we could hear guests next door….and their dog. Room smelled of pot. It was a quiet enough room and clean enough. The sink had a crack in it that seemed to have been caulked instead of replaced. That is an example of needing to be spruced up. A/c was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice.
