Excellent hotel for our family of 4! Location was great, with 3 stations close by as well as lots of food options, convenience stores, and coffee shops. Room was clean and comfortable, and our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We enjoyed having this as our base to explore Tokyo and would stay again.

The staff is so pleasant and friendly. They were extremely helpful and delightful to deal with every single day. This is the perfect location for families. The rooms are clean and wonderfully designed to accommodate our family of five. We are close to the Tokyo Metro so getting around is easy and we were no more than 30 mins from most places we visited unless we were leaving the city. Great places to eat around the facility as well. I look forward to staying not only here again but some others across the country.

This our second time staying with this chain (different location). The room was spacious enough for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen). The hotel and room is very clean. It is very convenient to have laundry machines, as we traveled in the summer. We arrived 3 hrs before check-in; and possibly because we arrived on a typhoon day, we were able to get our room early for no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.
