Came for the sumo tournament in Sept and this is the perfect location! It is only a 6 min walk away and it is situated in a perfect location. In one direction, 2mins away is a 7-11. In the other direction, 4 mins away is a family mart. Ryogoku station is also 6 min walk away. I booked the Queen suite and it was large enough with space to spare for the three of us. They also provided us with trash service. They collect it in the morning so you just have to place it by the door, along with any towels you need replaced. The hotel also has a washer/dryer located on the 4th floor which was super convenient. I would recommend doing it early in the morning or late at night to avoid long wait times since there is only one for the entire building. The staff were very friendly but there was a little bit of a language barrier since our Japanese wasn’t very good but we managed to get what we needed regardless. The only thing I didn’t like were how small and thin the body towels were. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay very much and will be choosing this hotel again when we come back for another sumo tournament.

I believe, the building is 2-3 years old. Very clean and no problem during our stay at all. Friendly staff with a reasonable English language skill. Nice coffee downstairs.

We only stayed for two nights. We had a room with a bunk (full size bed in the bottom, twin size bed on top) and a day bed. The room is rather small for two adults and two youth. Found a couple hair on the sheet, therefore give a rating of 3-star as average. The facility looks modern overall, location is close to 7-11, JR station and a street of local eatery.
