10/10 Excellent

The hotel itself is very conveniently located beside Shimbashi station and walking distance to Ginza. It’s across many restaurants and shops, though if you don’t enjoy night life you don’t want to pass by the area as there are a lot of soliciting for host bars and maid cafes.
Hotel is offering variety of amenities that you don’t really need anything on you other than your clothes. They also have a coffee machine and variety of tea bags for you to enjoy on 2nd floor which is the lobby, though I wish they had some area where customers could sit and eat as a staff member didn’t allow me to have a cake that I brought in when I asked.
Other than that the room was cozy as many other hotels in Tokyo is like. It was perfect for solo travel or business travel.
The breakfast was good with many selections. The ladies working in the restaurant work too hard it gets a bit intimidating and very fast paced. Don’t really expect to sit and relax to eat. It’s more of a grab your bites and leave vibe.
The food tasted great though.
I would definitely comeback to this hotel if I’m in the area
