"The hotel was clean and the rooms quite large. The staff was amazing! Tita went above and beyond to assist me. I became very fond of her. The only drawbacks was the ice was on the 3rd floor and my room was in the 4th. The elevator was very small! Only room for two people with luggage, plus it had no air. But overall I had an enjoyable stay. They had cold bottles of water in the frig in Our room that were free. They held your luggage for you. And for travelers who had late flights and had already checked out to tour or whatever they had a shower you could use to freshen up before boarding. Now that is service! I highly recommend this place. I would stay again should I come back to Hawaii."
