LOUD thumping music ALL night. It did not stop until 5AM. The hotel is beautiful. Sad that I had to rate so low. We stayed here because of convenience to the ferry. If you want rest, stay elsewhere.

Great spot with an excellent restaurant. Right across from the ferry as well. Only downside was the lack of a proper shower. The bathtub only set up doesn’t work very well

My ONLY complaint was that we had already paid the city / local tax (we even could show them the receipt that said "local tax") and they still charged us per occupant when we were leaving, holding our over $1000US deposit until we complied. Blackmail at it's best. It's only 4$ a person, but it's the principal of the matter, it's been paid, we can show it on our expedia receipt, and I don't like being threatened with "then we will charge you the deposit for not paying" Total utter BS. Other stays have said upfront if there is a charge, and we've paid it no issue, but when it's THE SAME NAME as what we can show we've already paid - NO.

Stayed for three nights. Staff were very accomodating when we arrived. We had an early morning flight so they packed breakfast for us to take with which was very considerate. Location is great with markets, wharf and restaurants within walking distance. Would book here again.

The hotel is interesting because it is modern but the building still has issues with downstairs sewerage smell. Rooftop and restaurant are very nice but the hotel is conveniently situated by the ferry and 10 minutes to airport.
