The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice balcony that overlooked houses and the mountains in the distance. It was a convenient location where you could walk too many stores in the marketplace and even more important the ferry to Moorea. The only thing I could say negative would be the balconies and the pool area could use a coat of paint. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

This is a great little hotel near all conveniences and is walking distance to the ferry to Moorea Island. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The exterior balconies could use some paint but are nice overlooking the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good hotel for short stays.

While large, our room had only one small mirror over the bathroom sink. The lighting is poor in the bathroom and throughout the room. The small balcony needs cleaning and painting - we weren’t inclined to spend time on the balcony. Obviously overall the hotel has seen better times but it now needs investment for significant refurbishment.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. However, a number of things could be improved. Kitchen..no tea towel, no washing up detergent, no kitchen knives, no milk in the refrigerator for coffee. No microwave or toaster.. Bathroom.. a cake of soap but no soap dish..basic amenities only.

Tired hotel with great staff. Rooms were ok, you get what you pay for. Showers flooded and didnt drain properly. The property is older and it looks like no renovations were made (lobby sofa leather/vinyl were cracked). Staff were pleasant and accomodating. We had an issue with the shower where it was too hot and they quickly fixed it. Anytime we called for something (dish soap and sponge for kitchen), it came fairly quickly. Decent location close to city center and walkable.

Hot Tub was at outside air temp. Check in staff were very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was far to expensive. Dined at nearby restaurants at 1/2 of the price 4 of us were in 2 br 2 bath executive suite and found the following lacking. Bathrooms did not have face towels and only two standard bath towels. Had to ask numerous times to get additional. Coffee amenity only had 2 cups , insufficient coffee, whitener and sugar. Asked numerous times for more cups but they did not arrive. Asked for more water for our second day but never arrived. When one considers the inflated room rate it is dissapointing that ghe hotel cannot deliver.

The location is great It’s close to main areas for shopping, dinning and exploring the city The elevator wasn’t working so it was an inconvenience we had to use the only service elevator there was a line all of the time The hotel needs maintenance There were holes on the walls and maybe some humidity signs on the ceiling The people were friendly and very helpful and always making an effort to understand and communicate in English
