"I booked this location strictly because day spa advertises a hamman/whirlpool, but it’s not working. You don’t find that out until you’re at your treatment ready to use it. They advertise it like it’s still available. The swimming pool looks nothing like the picture, the whole outside pool area is torn up. The bed was horribly soft, it’s an open air hotel,so when it rained the entire time the whole interior carpet gets wet. The place smells moldy. Definitely not an upscale hotel or spa as advertised. Be warned! This place needs major work!"
