Only 1 elevator operating with a sold out hotel is a little inconvenient. Could use some updates and better in room coffee. Ice machine was broken, no vending on the floor.

Everything was good. Room large, shower good, staff was courteous and professional. They could use some extra touches, like pictures on the wall, a rug on the flooring to warm it up, etc.

No, the room wasn't spotless. One of the ottomans underneath the desk has some type of white crumbs or something on it. Other than that, the hospitality was nice.

There was still an old coffee pod in the coffee maker. Hotels are creepy and weird. This one wasn’t any different. The view was nice. The beds and bathroom were clean.
