"We love this hotel. The location, room size, amenities, cleanliness, fun happy hour & the buffet is AWESOME! My family has stayed here 3 separate times & the front desk staff has been rude every single time. I have overlooked the way they speak to guests MANY times, but I cannot anymore. Not just 1 person multiple ladies multiple times. My family has been yelled @, called a liar, huffed @ & eye rolls from different front desk staff. Been trapped on an elevator & scolded for it even though there was no sign or communication it was broken. We travel from dfw many times a year for UT events & want to stay here, but the front desk ladies need a refresher on customer service. 3 separate times from multiple different staff is not a fluke it is a problem."

"This hotel was a perfect distance to my sons’ apartment, and it would be perfect if they didn’t charge $15/ day for parking. The place needs new TV’s as well, which they are working on, but the staff and service was excellent!"
