The valets and bell staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. So I’m saying that up to the lobby entrance was great and leaving the lobby was great. Unfortunately the whole lobby area had an awful stink. So much so that some of the staff had on face masks. There was obviously an accident with sewage or bodily waste. And I know these things can happen but there was no acknowledgement of the problem. No apology or explanation given. We were only there one night, so have no other to compare it to.

Right in the heart of downtown, this hotel is convenient for University of Tampa students and their families. Walkable to campus and multiple restaurants, the hotel is lively, clean and convenient. And the included breakfast is a bonus!
