Great hotel for a weekend stay

The hotel is great... close to everything. The room is comfortable, beds are great, and lobby receptionists have been very friendly. The hotel only does valet parking, but the valet attendees have been great, especially Christian. Definitely will recommend this hotel, and would not hesitate to come back again.

Weekend Getaway

I didn’t appreciate being charged more than what I was quoted. At check out, it was discovered, I’d been charged for parking two cars. Luckily, I had extra funds available in my account. My money was tied and It took about four days for the correction in my bank account. My room wasn’t cleaned the first day, I had to call the front desk, house keeping came and brought clean un folded towels. I asked her to take the trash( I had it bagged and placed in a larger tied bag. The floor wasn’t vacuumed my entire stay. Even though the pool closed at 10:00PM, was it really necessary for security to usher everyone away from the area. Food wasn’t allowed in most of the lobby areas. Starbucks need extended hours. After the bar/restaurant was closed, I was told I couldn’t have outside food in the area. I didn’t want to sit in my room and eat. The hotel is really nice. The beds are comfortable. There should be a social area for eating and talking after 10:00PM

They have soft water at this hotel. It felt like I was bathing with lotion. It was amazing. I'm now having a water softener system installed in my home. The only thing I did not like was the $40 per night valet. I hate valet and prefer to park my own car.

The property itself was amazing. The majority of the staff was also just phenomenal. I will say the valet experience could’ve been explained a little bit better understanding how your vehicle will come and go and not feeling like such an idiot to leave your vehicle for them to take it from you or to you, I don’t know. I felt a little disconnected in that area. Maybe it’s just because I’m not used to valet, but other than that when I did have to request my vehicle or the things from it the next few days or the times that I was staying there not upon arrival, but after my experience was well, but on arrival was very poor. My view was perfect.
