"my room was exactly how i asked for it to be, and spotless. bed was comfortable balcony was a plus, outdoor pool looked amazing but i didn't get to try is because it was too packed, but the other guests seemed to love it. i had a problem with my AC and they sent someone right away. (The temp of the room was 74, but the AC said it was on 64) and it was very warm, but while speaking with the maintenance person, i noticed my balcony was open. haha my fault the room was warm. there was a stain on the rug, and and one of the chairs had stains on the cushion, and for some reason there was the bottom only of a Velcro piece on each arm of the sitting chair which was a little annoying ,i was scratched from it or my shirt would get stuck on it. the chair to the desk looked like it was getting ready to be stained or it was just plain and scraped and never finished. but those were nothing really to complain about. i had an amazing stay (2 days for some R & R) and i will definitely be back!"
