We arrived at YVR and I made a point to call and confirm pickup location. The Radisson shuttle arrived on time BUT it was the wrong Radisson so beware! There is no mention anywhere in their instruction which shuttle to take, as it turns out Radisson and Radisson Blu have different shuttles, they are only 10 minutes away but when you arrive late in the evening, tired, and end up at the wrong hotel… it’s a frustrating experience. I would have rather just gotten a cab from the airport, would have spent the same 12 bucks but not wasted the 30 minutes on a waste of a ride. Also avoid Richmond cabs, if you know anything about driving in Richmond, the cabs are not any better (our driver thought it was a race car, flying 20-30 km over the speed limit) not a fault of the hotel but still a consequence of their bed, instructions for catching the shuttle. Now the check-in, overall pleasant, but I booked a king bed specifically, I was asked if two queens would be OK, when I said no, they presided to tell me it will be a free upgrade to a king bed on a 3rd floor (I’m not sure what world 3rd floor room is an upgrade)…. It’s not my fault you overbooked the rooms for king beds do better. Now the room: 1. Heat does not work, they’re clearly trying to save money on central heating and air-conditioning because the thermostat doesn’t do anything. Same goes for the shower, the amount of soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided is insufficient. While hotel is nice, the cut corners make it feel cheap

The shuttle was convenient. There was no breakfast offered. Although the reservation was prepaid a deposit was necessary. The hotel is close to the airport. The coffee and coffeemate in the room were unpleasant - half and half please. The desk staff were hopeless in helping me print a boarding pass - I figured it out myself. It feels like a good hotel that is not well managed and therefore not a pleasant stay. Too bad.

Arrived at 2 pm, they want $60 early check in, so no. Bought food at the cafe, the salad was rotten, read was hard on mynsandwich ,$35. Went to my room, the key did not work. Charged my friend and i $25 per day per car over our room cost, no mention of this upon booking. Key.did not work 2 other times. Had 3 charges on my credit card still waiting for this to be corrected. Talked to the manager, they removed the parking charges. Soooo bad, will not return.

Loved pretty much everything. Very disappointed with my meal from the restaurant. Ordered chicken fingers and fries for 21$ and they were comparable to Costco maybe not even as good as A&W. Rating them a 4/10. For 21$ and a nice looking restaurant I expected better. Even the fries were not great. Much improvement needed with this menu item. Shuttle great. Check in great and fast. Room was beautiful. Room view was great.
