"We booked this home for our very first family beach vacation for our 2 and 4 year old. It could not have been better! Everything was well kept and very very clean. We loved the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. I have never slept so well at a rental property. The best part of course was the exceptional location and the fact that it was right in the sand on the beach. We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves most days. We didn’t need a sun tent or even chairs most days because it was so convenient. We loved sitting out on the deck in our downtime and in the hot tub and we loved being so close to the jetty and seeing the ships come in and out. The only issue we had were the grill not working well but the property managers were extremely responsive and came out right away to help. We hope to always stay here for our beach trips! Just perfect! Definitely don’t hesitate to book this home!"

"This was a great property for our stay in TX. Lots of couch room, beds and nice kitchen. The large patio had plenty of seating and good view of the neighborhood. The only thing we had an issue with was the front door handle. It was difficult to lock and the inside handle felt like it was loose. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay! "

"We stayed at the Blue Sea Star to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was the perfect set up for our group. So spacious, clean, and decorated so well! The location was perfect - only steps away from the beach and the jetty. It was quiet and peaceful. Most of all I appreciate Tam’s excellent communication and hospitality. We live in Magnolia and happened to lose power the day we were leaving to be at the beach. Tam set us up early to make sure we had somewhere to go with power and AC. I would highly recommend the Blue Sea Star! "

"This house is a top of the line location. It’s small, but arranged very well. The host was very quick to communicate and when we couldn’t get the ceiling fans to come on, offered to come and show us how. (There is a tiny little slider button on the light switches!) I strongly recommend not parking directly under the house in a small car. Sand underneath is very soft and in the small rental car we had, we got stuck and had to get a wrecker to get us out. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, though. I would definitely book this house again if we come back to the area! out. out. "
