"Worse night ever at a hotel. I’m room phone didn’t work, even with 4 WiFi networks NEVER could connect (said no internet connection) , water wouldn’t drain in sink so kept turning off to brush teeth, and then the facet fell of the wall in shower and water coming out like a fire hydrant flooding the bathroom. Since the phone didn’t work (which I told them about the nite before) I had to run downstairs since on 2nd floor to tell front desk clerk to turn off water to room because water coming out of wall. Front desk clerk gets in elevator with me and two young people come into elevator with her with no face mask on. When I tell them it is mandatory to have face mask on right now they just looked at me. When I went to leave I told them I have have had 6 friends and family die of Covid and that not only does it say on the door mask are required it is illegal for them to not be wearing them, and the young man who worked there laughed right at me. I will be asking for a refund and run , not walk away from these people."
