This is a beautiful clean hotel. You know you're in a great place as soon as you walk inside the lobby. However, the front desk staff needs some training on customer service such as smiling at the guest, welcoming the guest, and not giving the guest a feel of you're bothering me. This statement will include Olga, Yuri, and one more dining staff in which I can't remember her name. They were very personable and welcoming. The front desk could take some lessons from these particular employees. Housekeeping was very good and on time. This is the only reason I could not give this hotel 5 rating. Gentlemen at front front desk on Wednesday evening around 6-7ish definitely needs customer service training. He did not welcome my questions and has to know that some guest will take the time out to review. Other than that, great beautiful property. Oh, the pool could be better

Fantastic rooms but service is an issue

Still love the rooms & location but they need to get a handle on service. Started at check in with a crabby older guy at front desk that didn’t smile once or show any sense personality or appreciation. How about a simple “hi” or “thanks”? The restaurant service is horrible. Very nice people but I waited 10 mins to get a coffee, another 10 to order (so I’ve now been there 20 mins b4 they even took my order. After a half hour I had to leave. All I wanted was an oatmeal and bagel and 35 mins later I left for meetings without eating. Who’s in charge? Is there even a manager in this hotel watching how the staff interacts ?

EB was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the free parking. The hotel itself is in a great location—very nice area and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with our stay.

I used to be a loyal DoubleTree guest — mostly for that warm cookie (don’t judge me). But I decided to try EB Hotel for a layover before my cruise, and honestly? I have zero regrets about cheating on DoubleTree. Staying at EB felt like I had somehow wandered into the Ritz — just without the heart-stopping price tag. The vibe is sleek, modern, and luxurious, and let’s talk about the bed: a Sleep Number-style adjustable mattress, with separate remotes for each side. Yes, you read that right. My side was cloud-like, my partner’s side was firm, and no one had to compromise. It’s the kind of bed that makes you cancel your evening plans just to lie down and marvel at your life choices. I’ve already booked EB again for my next layover and told all my friends (and probably some strangers at the airport). Cookie who? I’ve found something even sweeter — and it comes with dual remotes.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Check in/out was super easy and the free shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The shower had optional settings and a bench. So relaxing!!! They had a daily happy hour at the bar. Location 15 minutes from the airport and 20 mins to every where. Definitely recommend!

We stay at EB several times every month it is that good. There is no better option for the Miami airport traveler, staff and accommodation are both top notch.

We use EB when flying through Miami. It has great shuttle service. Breakfast is a buffet ( which is not my personal fav), but it is fresh, well-presented. They start serving at 7 which works for our flights. Rooms are clean. Staff pleasant. My only complaint (and this is just personal) is that the bed has a wooden “edging”. The mattress sits down inside the wooden form, and that I don’t like as I don’t find it comfortable to sit on the edge of the bed. Kinda minor, I know. Baths are luxurious, and room is comfy. Perfect for a layover.

This for sureca great hotel. Been here 4 times in the past 2 months. Only complaint would be the AC system does not seem to function as it should. We like to sleep at 67 degrees, cant seem to get an of the rooms we stayed in to acheive this.
