"I doubt you could find a better bang for your buck in this area. As a business traveler, I often stay in the Jasper area. As long as SureStay maintains their current excellence, especially at their constant competitive prices, I will choose only SureStay Jasper. Clean, wonderful staff, and convenient. During my most recent stay, I left two boxes of sample product, which were intended for a customer. The front desk called immediately, and the problem was solved. Lovely!!!"

"Hard to find -Sits behind a row of trees - could use some well lit signage"

"We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website."

"Air conditioner worked great. Upon check in we were told second floor up the stairs. Wife and I in our upper 60s (no elevator) Started raining as we were bringing in luggage. While carrying luggage up the staircase power in the building went out. Stairwell was completely dark. Came on for 3 seconds and went out again , us trapped in darkness and no clue what to do. After 2 more on and off power outages we made it to the room. Opened the door that was falling off its hinge. Lifted the door to open so it didn't drag. Couldn't close door without lifting. Them lights in the room wouldn't come on. Using the street light coming in through the windows we found every light switch and finally found the desk lamp across the room was connected to the switch at the front door. Bathroom door also was off it's hinges and had to be lifted to close the door. Then as we finally ot in bed , luckily I brought an extension cord, to connect our medical system. The TV did not work. Couldn't wait to get out the next morning. Oddly the beds were set up on metal solid frames and any time you walked up to the bed your feet kicked them. It was like stabbing your toe just getting in bed. No one at the desk to check out with. We hated every second of our stay. I did say the Air conditioning did work. All the floors had trash around the edge like it was swept, just not around the edges or corners."
