Never stayed at this Surestay before. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff at front desk were really polite, friendly and helpful. Wifi was great. Perfect spot for a night stay.

Didn’t meet our expectations

Upon check in we had to pay for our dog. They said Hotels.com don’t collect for that. They advertise pet friendly. There was not one spot of grass for our dog to go on. She said you can walk across the Four lane! Highway and there’s grass over there or there’s a closed restaurant that we could use that parking lot . We had a king size bed reserved non smoking room. When we got there, they said that they had overbooked and they didn’t have any left. There was about five cars in the parking lot so we had a room with two queen size beds. the first room where the sheets were dirty and the mirror and the bathroom was all disgusting My wife went to complain. They did come out and said they were sorry they agreed that the sheets were dirty and one had blood on at one and make up on it and they did put us in another room. The Mgt was friendly but the accommodations, far less then what we expected.
Notice no place for pets to relieve themselves.
Parking was basically empty
All cement was clean

Very impressed with the overall remodel on this property…located in my boyfriend’s hometown he said many years ago you DID NOT want to stay here! We came down for a family visit and seen it had been totally renovated and they done a great job! Room was very clean and the bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! The price was great we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!! Kept up the good work!!

Bed was too hard, A/C sounded like a washing machine all night, and there was no milk to drink for breakfast, only a little milk in a carafe for cereal. Staff was very empathetic to my physical conditions and accommodated me very well. Staff was extremely nice and polite.
