She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"

"This is a great resort for a family or extended family stay-cation. With many pools, golf, a fishing pond, rec center for the kids, and daily activities, everyone can find something to do. Escondido is a quaint burb of San Diego with many cool breweries and wineries for the grownups. Would recommend to anyone with kids looking for a low key vacation of a week or less."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. And The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the walk of fame which is also where the Dolby theater is (Hollywood Oscars and premieres) and a lot of the city tour buses are located there. If you’re a tourist or a first time visitor, I would highly recommend this hotel."
