Built in 1975 for a Nashville Doctor , this home was a real show pony in its day !
These days it’s one of the nicest homes on center hill lake

We purchased it and gave it the RC makeover, adding a huge deck and making the formal dining room a dedicated game room with glass garage door and pool table .

Perfect home for hosting a dinner or main space for large groups renting multiple units . Great spot for for sports viewing or birthdays featuring bunk room with 2 twin bunks for the young people . Free weights locked in closet available upon request

Covered hot tub on main deck with rockers and gas fire pit , outdoor dining table under a large magnolia tree

Guest bath features tub with tile surround

Huge kitchen with lots of counter space and modern appliances
