"Overall, the stay at the Hilton National Mall in Washington, D.C. was good, but there were a couple of major frustrations that need to be addressed. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the National Mall. The rooms were nice, and the overall experience inside the hotel met expectations. However, finding the entrance—especially the valet—was extremely frustrating. It took us seven attempts just to figure out how to get to the valet area. The entrance is poorly marked and feels completely hidden, which is not what you expect after a long drive into the city. This alone created a very stressful arrival experience. On top of that, the valet parking cost is outrageous—around $65 per day. For guests already paying to stay at the hotel, this feels excessive and honestly unreasonable. It comes across as a cash grab rather than a service. In short: nice hotel, but the arrival process and parking situation need serious improvement."
