"This is a well-maintained older hotel in downtown Astoria. We stayed in a room with a private bath and shower. It was lovely, with large double-hung windows that provided lots of light and opened to provide a cross-breeze at night and a view of downtown. The staff was really responsive and very helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants and how to navigate the downtown parking rules. The hotel is dog -friendly, for real. Highly recommended and we will definitely return ( with the dog next time)"
