Enchanted Cottages
"This little cottage truly was enchanting. If I had a seaside home, I would want it to be like this. The place was clean and so sweetly decorated with beachy colors and accents. The bed was comfortable and all other features of the cottage made our stay enjoyable. I really appreciated having a dedicated ..."

"We didn’t even stay. They overbooked and had no rooms. Left us in a serious lurch. We had to go an hour inland to find a hotel with rooms available. Manager never even showed his face. A former employee picking up a check tried to help us but obviously couldn’t do much with no available rooms"

Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center
"Property is a little dated, but it's clean and just a quick stroll to the beach. Pickle ball courts, pet friendly with large dog walking area, pool, play area for kids. Believe bikes can be checked out? Not 100% on that one. Nice little seating area outside with fire pits and grill. They even have a fish washing station which is thoughtful. Ground floor has slider to little outside patio, but screen doesn't lock. With no AC, had to sleep with the door open. Shower was meh; could use showerhead and ventilation update. They literally have a sign in the room that the shower steam can set off smoke detectors if the fan isn't left on for a while afterwards. Onsite restaurant wasn't open. Breakfast is your standard hotel-provided spread. Staff are very friendly. A small-town hotel that does its best to offer a resort style stay on the cheap. I hope that's a fair summary."
