"I liked everything though carpet is a bit old and needs replacement I didn’t like the staff who was pushing me when about to check out. She kept knocking on the door for me to check out even though it was before 11.00am I don’t understand why she was pushing me like that. I had a disabled son on a wheel chair and he takes time to get ready due to his disability. Other than that I enjoyed my stay"

"Property was in fair disrepair as compared to this entry and advertisement. Towel bars were either gone or weren't secured. The bed covers were not clean, the kitchen appliances (coffee maker) was impossible to use. The exterior needs to be cleaned and repainted. Seems to be a weekend rental for college parties and students. Rear yard was littered and had garbage (including contraceptive waste) and debris. Heat was uncontrollable for the most part. This owner and company needs to either repair this rental or revise it. Property company collected fees AFTER reservation and wants to charge for complete replacement of bed items that were already marked and likely easily cleaned. Location was close to town but right next to areas that had people yelling and a good amount of traffic. Could be a good, close rental to downtown if brought up to standard. "
