Room was ok. Big enough for what we needed it for. Bathroom was moldy in the shower and floor tiles were cracked. Water pressure was awful. Had to ask for more linens and toilet paper. Hallways smelled like any food that was eaten or cooked in the rooms or smelled like weed. Both nights were gross.

Needs repair and a new staff

Hotel looked nice enough, but had a funny smell and the sofa bed was pretty much only springs. I had 2 separate reservations, one for a single night and a separate reservation for the next two nights. Room did not have hot water. I notified the front desk and they said they would get it taken care of. However, I am now on night 3 with no hot water. We are here for my child’s basketball tournament, and she has been unable to shower. To top it off, the front desk says I’m lying and refuses to come and check.

Just ok.

The whole hotel smelled like weed which was annoying but not the end of the world. The room was pretty clean but there was no soap, conditioner and barely any shampoo in the shower that never got warmer than tepid. It also didn't want to turn on and took me several tries. The bed was ok but the pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The hallways were kinda dingy and the washing machine was not very effective.

Very clean. But disappointed with the temp of room. Either very cold or very hot. No conditioner in dispenser. Empty. No extra tp. And kleenex was empty. Couch chair sat extremely low. Large room. Was very nice

Avoid

The most disgustingly dirty hotel I have ever stayed in. Burn marks on the furniture from cigarettes, stuff smeared on the headboard. The baseboards were filthy. Fold out couch was also quite dirty. This place obviously gets long term people staying here. There were 10 people sitting in their chairs right outside the doors smoking.

I want to first say the checkin lady was great but unfortunately our stay was not. Upon entering the door of the building of our room, the hallway smelled horribly of nauseating rotting trash. When we got to our room the bathroom had mold in it and the mattress topper for the sofa bed had blood stains on it with the kids running up and down the halls this was enough for us to check right back out and book at another hotel

Car Broken Into and Smells

Safety was my main concern. My car was broken into while parked in the parking lot. The room next to me sounded like they were about to get into a physical fight. I reported both to the hotel and their corporate office but nothing was done. Hotel also had a smell to it. Hallway in particular smelled like rotting food. My room was non-smoking but had a smell of smoke. Room was clean otherwise.
