This is a great hotel, it’s in nice neighborhood away from all the noise of the city but just minute walk to space Needle and MOPOP. We easy walked to all attractions in the city and loved the quite felling when we were done. I will stay here every time I am back in Seattle.

Overpriced

This hotel was clean and nice but way overpriced. Paid the equivalent of staying at the W but location is outside of city center and this is closer to a motel.

Loved it!

Pros: I picked it because I wanted something different. We loved sitting in the big pink chairs, having a coffee and cupcake and talking over our day.
Cons: nope
Location: Walking distance to tons of museums, monorail, parks, sporting venues and more.
I was there for days. Enjoyed the staff, room, beds and fun decor.

The pink chairs are one of our favorite pieces of furniture in our lobby, we are so happy that you were able to enjoy them and the lobby during cupcake happy hour!

GREAT LOCATION!!

Pros: The hotel was very clean; beds were very comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and very helpful when needed. They always greeted us very nicely
Cons: I was very pleased with everything. There is nothing I think that needs improvement.
Location: There are a lot of tourist attractions nearby. We were able to walk to the Space Needle, EMP Museum, Chulily Gardens, and the Market Place.
The hotel was very nice. We were pleased that it was located in an area where we had easy access to a lot of the tourist attractions and were able to walk to them. Also, a shuttle is provided and we were able to book the shuttle so that they could get us to where we needed to be. They also have a restaurant/lounge in this hotel and we had really delicious food from The Rock. We were also able to sit in the bar and enjoy cocktails and great music. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our stay at this hotel made it that much better.

Hotel = Awesome, Travelocity = Sucked

Pros: Everything. Location, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness of the staff, there wasn't anything I didn't like.....
Cons: On the hotel side, not a thing! 5 stars in my book.
Location: Awesome location. less than 5 blocks from the space needle and many other local "Seattle" tourist attractions.
The Maxwell Hotel (Pineapple Group) was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. In my future travels I will definitely be sure to stay at one of their places before any other. The hotel was beautiful, staff was very friendly and accommodating, great location. Definitely a 5 star in my opinion. Where I was very disappointing is on the Travelocity side. I called to book a room I found off travelocity (thinking it was the direct line to the hotel) and made reservations for a room with a view, king bed. The rate I paid for was for all of these requirements (which was advertised on Travelocity site). When I got there, they had no record I paid for a room with a view and said normally they would have had to charge me a higher rate. But because they were kind and by far the best, they accommodated me without charging any further rates. In the future, I will ensure I book directly with the hotels I find on travelocity instead of going through the 3rd party.

Unique, quiet and very comfortable.

Our stay in Seattle was a brief 2 nights and 1 day but our experience at The Maxwell Hotel made it relaxing and memorable. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was cozy and quiet; the beds were awesome. Our view was not impressive, however; we had a view of the loading area of the hotel and neighboring construction. I will definitely return as the location was central to the city and easy for a walkabout.
